CMAU is where we get to collaborate, build relationships and grow together. CMAU helped my team see the culture we have, build the relationships with other agents and find running buddies! If it wasn't for CMAU my introverted self would have quit a long time ago! But thanks to CMAU I built life long friendships and can bring my team along to do the same! Grateful for the opportunity here, the community and the family environment.

CMAU was the jump start of my future here. I attended before I was a licensed agent . It is where I decided I wanted to plant my flag at SFG. I got the belief that I could do this, as well as the tools and knowledge to make it happen. I took classes that educated me far more than the insurance exam course. Because of CMAU, I hit my first promotion in my first month and had the support needed to hit team leader. I don't know where I would be in my business today without CMAU. The training taught took me to the next level in my production by showing me where I needed to focus to reach my goals. The best advise I received is that you don't truly have a business if you don't invest in yourself and your business. CMAU is the best investment you can make for both!
